THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24867 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that he was being called to the police station in connection with his brother being the accused in Crime No.506 of 2007 on the file of the Uppal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel, informed this Court that the brother of the petitioner was apprehended and arrested about 6 to 7 months ago and he is presently in jail. In that view of the matter, the prayer in this writ petition has worked itself out. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance as to police interference, it would constitute a fresh cause of action and liberty is given to him to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
