This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one on the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the Respondent authorities in not issuing necessary permissions to the Puppalaguda Village Temples Committee under the Chairmanship of the petitioner to install Lord Ganesh Idol in Lord Hanuman Temple to proceed with the celebrations of Lord Ganesh Navaratras, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against to the principles of natural justice and to pass such other and further orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper interest he circumstances of the case." Heard Sri B.Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
During the course of hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, she made a representation, dated 02-09-2015 to the 5th respondent - S.H.O., Narsingi Police Station, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District. Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the 5th respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation. In view of the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent - S.H.O., Narsingi Police Station, Rajendranagar
Mandal, R.R. District to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 02-09-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, forthwith. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ A.V.
