ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the order dated 10-10-2002 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2001 in M.W.CaseNo.28 of 1998 by the 1st respondent and to quash or set aside the same by holding it as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the contesting 2nd respondent was dismissed for default vide order dated 18-08-2010 and since then, the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the writ petition against the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
