THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 36148 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate order or direction particularly more one in the nature of Writ of MANADAMUS declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in demanding and pressurizing the petitioners to pay the amounts as per the demands of de facto complaint in Crime no.512/14 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 16 & 21 of Constitution of India and high handed, wholly vexatious and consequently direct the respondents that not to disturb the Court bail orders as existed in favor of petitioners in such crime pending on the file of 9th Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur."

None represents petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, and stated that on 25.10.2018, in C.C.No.146 of 2016, the parties have settled the matter before Lok Adalat. In the light of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
