This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.01.2016 passed in C.M.A.No.133 of 2010 on the file of the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. C.M.A.No.133 of 2010 was filed challenging the order dated 21.08.2010 passed in I.A.No.444 of 2007 in O.S.No.370 of 2007 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.370 of 2007 on 28.09.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
