CVNR,J & JUD,J A.S.No.135 of 2016 23.06.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order, dated 19.01.2016, in E.A.No.13 of 2014 in E.P.No.19 of 2013 in Pre-Litigation Case No.126 of 2012 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore. 2.

Today, by a separate order passed in W.P.No.12122 of 2017, we have declined to interfere with the Lok Adalat award to the extent of delivery of possession by the father of the appellant, by partly dismissing the writ petition.

For the same reasons for which W.P.No.12122 of 2017 was partly dismissed, this appeal is also dismissed.
