Ms.G.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the prayer in the writ petition is not properly made and, therefore, she has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition with appropriate prayer. Learned counsel seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
