THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.7533 of 2015 O R D E R:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would assert that the petitioner's father served the office of the Accountant General of Andhra Pradesh in its Ministerial Establishment and died while in service, though the said fact has not been asserted in so many words in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. If the fact now asserted at the Bar is true and correct, all service disputes must be first got resolved by approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, at the first instance, as held by the Supreme Court in L.CHANDRA KUMAR v. UNION OF INDIA[1]. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage preserving the liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
