CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.37703 of 2016 03.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare E.P.No.10 of 2016 in C.C.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy District filed by respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to transfer the aforementioned E.P. to the Special Court-cum-Principal District & Sessions Judge's Court, Mahaboobnagar.

After arguing the case, Mr.V.Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.O.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to move the State Consumer Redressal Commission for appropriate reliefs.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46454 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
