THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.22402 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the 2nd respondent was dismissed for default by this Court vide order, dated 18.08.2010 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to ensure that the writ petition against the 2nd respondent is restored. The orders passed by the authority are in favour of the 2nd respondent, and in the absence of the 2nd respondent, this Court cannot adjudicate the matter on merits.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
