THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22303 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue a copy of the Fact Finding Committee inspection report pursuant to the inspection conducted by the first respondent for the academic year 2015-2016 on 19.05.2015 and 22.06.2015. When this Writ Petition was posted for admission on 20.07.2015, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents took time. Today, on the basis of the instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the report of the Fact Finding Committee would be made available to the petitioners by the end of this day, for which purpose the learned Standing Counsel asks the petitioners to come to the University for collection of the same.
