HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.6307 of 2011 ORDER:

Having regard to the fact that this Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Misc. Case No.B4/4938/2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Nizamabad, under Section 145(1) Cr.P.C and as the matter is an old one of the year 2011 and the circumstances which were prevailing by the date of impugned order in all likelihood may not continue now and therefore, the petition can be closed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
