Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondent No.3. 2.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 10.09.2016, 22.12.2016 and 27.12.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 27.12.2016, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the authorities about the unauthorized construction said to have been made by the third respondent. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. 4.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 27.12.2016, referred to above, in accordance with law, as early as possible, after hearing the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
