When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner died and no further instructions are received from the counsel appearing for the petitioner before the court below and also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
