HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12853 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment under Bread Winner Scheme and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 26.07.2004 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.2.2004, for compassionate appointment and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. The Standing Counsel for the respondents has also not disputed the same.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
