Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is called, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that basing on the complaint of the petitioner herein, Crime No.16 of 2018 on the file of Women Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District has been registered against the unofficial respondents herein for the offences under Sections 498-A, 313 and 506(2) read with 34 I.P.C. A copy of the said F.I.R. is also placed on record.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
