HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.14221 of 2007 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had challenged the suspension order and this Court, by order dated 05.07.2007, was pleased to grant interim suspension of suspension orders. By virtue of said interlocutory orders, the petitioner was reinstated into service and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition may be closed.

This Court, having considered the said submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, is of the considered view that in view of interlocutory orders dated 05.07.2007, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
