16.04.2025 JSR, J Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) by the petitioner/accused No.9 seeking extension of one week time to surrender before the Station House Officer, Karimnagar-I Town Police Station.

Heard Mr. N. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Station House Officer, Karimnagar-I Town Police Station within the time stipulated by this Court in Crl.P.No.4309 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025. Unless the above said condition is relaxed, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the condition No.6(i) of the order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.4309 of that the petitioner/accused No.9 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Karimnagar-I Town Police Station, on or before 24.04.2025. The other conditions remain unaltered except above. With the above modification, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
