THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8081 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Transport, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein sent a notice on 08.02.2018 to the respondent Nos.3 to 6 but no action has been taken so far.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent Nos.3 to 6 to take appropriate action on the notice, dated 08.02.2018, said to have been sent by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
