HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2842 of 2017 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to enlarge the petitioner/A.1 on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.277 of 2017 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 468 and 471 IPC, apprehending his arrest.

2.

The petitioner is the prime accused in the above crime. Even according to the confessional statement of the co-accused, the petitioner is the prime accused and he made the other accused to create several documents by impersonation or otherwise. Therefore, I find prima facie material to conclude that the petitioner is committed the offence, thereby, I find no ground to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. _________________________________ M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J 20th April 2017.
