THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10628 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.389 of 2008 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trail Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

3 The matter is pending since 2008. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trail Court is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.389 of 2008 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
