THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.R.P.Nos.1576 and 1577 of 2015 COMMON ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. These two civil revision petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in O.P.Nos.4 and 5 of 2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District.

3. These two civil revision petitions are posted under Office Note with regard to the maintainability of the said CRP SRs. Office is directed to number the C.R.Ps.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the lower Court is proceeding with the trial of O.Ps without framing appropriate issues.

5. This Court, pending consideration of the C.R.Ps, has called for a report from the learned Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, to ascertain whether the issues are framed in the suits or not. The learned Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, by her letter dated 31.03.2015, informed that the issues in the above O.Ps., are not framed. It is not known how the lower Court is proceeding with the trial of Original Petitions without framing appropriate issues.

6. In the circumstances, these two Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, by directing the learned Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, to

frame appropriate issues in the respective O.Ps based on the pleadings of the parties and then only proceed with the trial of the petitions.

7. Both these Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
