THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9682 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in disconnecting the power supply to the premises bearing Plot No.53, D.No.4-147, Shiva Nagar Colony, Moinabad, Rangareddy District, which is in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner, without issuing notice.

Heard both sides.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the power connection was restored, as the petitioner's husband agreed to pay the dues in respect of the service connection and in case of any arrears, the respondent authorities will follow due process of law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the respondents to take action for recovery of arrears, if any, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
