THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1271 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 21.5.2012 in Criminal Appeal No.78 of 2011 on the file of the court of IV Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar wherein and whereby the order dated 30.6.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.2985 of 2010 in D.V.C. No.13 of 2010 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Peddapally, granting interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the first respondent was modified directing the petitioner herein to pay interim maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal revision case has become infructuous in view of death of the petitioner. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
