ORDER

This writ petition is filed questioning the show cause notice issued in Memo bearing No.SE/O/ELR/DE.T/ADM/PO/JAO/C4/DNo.5220/15, dated 16.06.2015 of the 2nd respondent, whereunder the petitioner was directed to show cause as to why his services cannot be terminated. When this case is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court that similar issue was considered by this Court in W.P.No.21152 of 2015 & batch, and the said writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 10.07.2015, by observing as under:

"In these facts and circumstances of the cases, the petitioners are permitted to submit their explanations within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such explanations, respondent No.2 shall consider the same, pass detailed orders and communicate the same to the petitioners. It is needless to observe that till this process is completed, the petitioners shall not be displaced from the posts they have been holding presently.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made."

In view of the same, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the said order. No costs.
