THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9701 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Sri V.V. Sathish, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation would submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 22.03.2013 in Writ Petition No. 8697 of 2013.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.03.2013 in Writ Petition No. 8697 of 2013 and the respondents are directed to receive and consider the petitioner's Application dated 28.02.2019 for grant of building construction permission without insisting on production of 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue department. It is made clear that the petitioner shall comply with all other requirements prescribed in law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications if any shall stand closed.
