At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel representing Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, entire amount has been paid and nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
