THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.2457 of 2001 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that counsel appearing for the petitioner has expired, and this Court appointed Ms.Vasuda Nagaraj as amicus curie to assist the Court. Inspite of her best efforts and also the efforts of learned Standing counsel for the respondents, the whereabouts of the petitioner could not be traced out.

The petitioner is challenging the order of removal passed by the Labour Court.

Since the whereabouts of the petitioner could not be traced out, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
