This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 25.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.123 of 2016 in O.S.No.135 of 2009 on the file of the Court of V Additional District Judge, Tirupathi. 2.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 31.07.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
