THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NOS.2478 OF 2022 AND COMMON ORDER:
These two Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") by the petitioners, who are figured as Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 seeking to enlarge them on bail in connection with Crime No.177 of 2022 on the file of Station house Office, L..Nagar Police Station, Rarchakonda Commissionerate registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(b), 489(B)(C)(D) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar while conducting patrolling duty apprehended one Tota Santosh Kumar (Accused No.10) and found Rs.30,000/- fake currency in his possession. Upon investigation it was revealed that Accused Nos.1 to 4 were printing the counterfeit currency and Accused Nos.5 to 11 were circulating them in the market. The allegation is that the counterfeit currency was printed and for commission purpose the amounts were being circulated by Accused Nos.5 to 9. The fake currency notes of Rs.46,000/-, Rs.40,000/-,
Rs.38,000/- and Rs.30,500/- were recovered and seized from Accused Nos.2, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.

Heard Smt S.Kiranmayee, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.2, Sri.Pavan Kumar Annabathuni, learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.5 to 7 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State-respondent. perused the record.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is almost complete and sixteen (16) witnesses were examined. He further submits that there are no criminal antecedents on these petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7. 5.
In the said circumstances, since the recovery was effected, there are no other criminal antecedents on the petitioners, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 can be released on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 are granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. iv) The The petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 5 to 7 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 7.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
