This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the Appeal bearing No.G/3479/2015 filed under Section 5-B of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal. Since it is stated that the Appeal No.G/3479/2015 filed by the petitioner is pending with the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notices to the affected parties.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
