HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8683 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 is making construction without there being any permission from respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that, on 07.02.2017, building permission was granted to respondent No.4.

As the very basis of the Writ Petition, is that construction, being made by respondent No.4, is without permission, is factually incorrect, no useful purpose would be served if the Writ Petition is kept pending on the file of this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is made clear that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall ensure that the construction made by respondent No.4 is strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plan.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
