THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.1520 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct respondent No.3 - appellate Tribunal to dispose of S.A.No.74 of 2013 within two months.

Though the petitioners seek directions for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid appeal, they can as well move an application to that effect before the appellate Tribunal by stating the reasons. Hence, we find no ground to grant the direction as prayed for in this Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, as the appeal is of the year 2013, if the petitioners file an application, we are sure that the appellate Tribunal will consider the same and pass appropriate orders for expeditious hearing of the appeal.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
