THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1513 OF 2006 ORDER:

At request of the parties, on 30.3.2016, a letter was addressed by the Assistant Registrar of this Court to the office of the Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court Premises, Hyderabad for mediation. On 26.8.2016, a letter was addressed by the Deputy Director, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, Hyderabad to the Registry along with Mediator's Report, Settlement Agreement (order copy in F.C.O.P.No.408 of 2006 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad) and original case record to place the same before this Court. It is evident from the said material that the matter was already settled in F.C.O.P.No.408 of 2006 for an amount of Rs.5,50,000/- as full and final settlement and all the matters between the parties are settled as per the order in F.C.O.P.No.408 of 2006.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
