THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18514 of 2010 ORDER :

On two earlier occasions there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners when the writ petition was called. Earlier having noticed that the State of Telangana is not made as a respondent though the writ petition was liable to be dismissed, to give an opportunity to the petitioners to implead the State of Telangana, time was granted on 22.01.2015 and the matter was directed to be listed for dismissal on 02.02.2015. On further request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners on 04.02.2015, the matter was adjourned to be listed along with W.P.No.21361 of 2009. Thereafter on two occasions there is no representation. To give one more opportunity, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

2. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
