The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in investigating the Crime No.10 of 2012 as illegal. The counsel for respondents state that investigation has been completed, charge sheet is filed in the Court and the accused are acquitted in C.C. No.275 of 2012. Hence, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
