This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.12 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.282 of 2014 of Kadiam Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w. Section 34 of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.617 of 2014.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
