Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Vijayawada appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.07.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch; and, a request is made to dispose of this writ petition in terms of the afore-stated order. 3.

A copy of the said order is placed on record. 4.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the afore-stated order, dated 21.07.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in the afore-stated batch of writ petitions to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
