HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.23849 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under apprehension that some third parties may encroach the land belonging to the Government which is adjacent to the properties in which the petitioner is having interest and accordingly, the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 31.01.2007, to the Sub Registrar, Bantumilli but no action has been taken.i The cause of action pertains to the year 2007. It is informed that no encroachment has been taken so far, as apprehended by the petitioner, and it appears that cause of action does not survive for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court as and when fresh cause of action arises.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
