THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3031 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section Cr.P.C.

to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.192 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class(Excise), Karimnagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of the order of the trial Court taking cognizance of the subject C.C. has not been filed by him, and hence, he seeks to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
