ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.3 to 7 in implementing proceedings No.DT/35164/2013, dated 23.11.2013, of respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary.
Mr. Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 07.11.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that he was informed by his client that the dispute has been resolved and the petitioner's grievance stood redressed. In the light of the above-mentioned letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition,
W.P.M.P.Nos.10421 and 13081 of 2014 are dismissed as infructuous.
