This Court made the following :

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1754 of 2014 ORDER :

The W.P.No.34141 of 2013 was disposed of on 20.12.2013 directing the respondents to refer the claim of the petitioner for enhancement of compensation under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to the civil court without raising the objection that such a request was not made within the time.

2. Alleging that the said order of this Court is not complied with this contempt case is filed.

3. The respondent filed counter affidavit. In para No.3 (vii) it is stated that in pursuant to the orders of this Court, the claim of the petitioner for enhancement of compensation was referred to the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad vide office Lr.No.B/1037/2007, dated 29.10.2014 and a copy of the same was also marked to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the said statement in the counter affidavit, there is no necessity to proceed further against the respondent.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
