Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, however, requesting to reserve liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

Recording the submission, permission is accorded. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
