HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No.1625, 1638, 1744 & 2080 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER: (ORAL) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Both parties had agreed, to maintain status quo, qua, the suit schedule property, before the trial Court, till disposal of the suit.

3. Accordingly, I hereby direct the trial Court to decide the suit by giving opportunity to both parties within one (01) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
