O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the letter dated 03.05.2005 of the Child Development Project Officer, I.C.D.S., Achampet, Mahabubnagar District, whereby the petitioner was removed from service as an Anganwadi worker. By order dated 15.06.2005, this Court suspended the operation of the impugned letter dated 03.05.2005 and the said suspension was made absolute on 14.09.2007.

Perusal of the impugned letter dated 03.05.2005 reflects that the petitioner was merely informed that she had been removed from service as an Anganwadi worker without adverting to any reasons therefor. As the petitioner had been appointed to the said post as long back as in 1984, this cursory dismissal of her services under the impugned letter does not meet the requirement of law. On this short ground, the impugned letter dated 03.05.2005 is set aside and
