The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land admeasuring Ac.2.82 cents in Sy.No.522/4B/1B situated at Palleguntha Village, Gurazala Mandal, Guntur District under a registered sale deed bearing document No.3828/2014, dated 28.10.2014. After purchase of the said land, the petitioner made an application through online vide No.MU011400273759, dated 06.11.2014 for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land. But the same is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 06.11.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
