Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 12.3.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kavali II Town Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the petitioner is accused in Cr.No.204/17, dt.09.10.2017, u/s.353 IPC & Section 558 of Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 of Kavali II Town P.S., wherein the petitioner/accused who was carrying huge quantities of Gutkas, have assaulted on PC.579, who was conducting checking along with S.I. of Police, Kavali II Town P.S., at Vykuntapuram Center on 09.10.2017, at about 12.30 hours. In the above case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 12.10.2017, which is presently pending trial vide CC No.

875/2017 on the file of the Hon'ble AJFCM Court, Kavali. Further, in view involvement of the petitioner in the above grave case of assaulting on police personnel on duty, a rowdy sheet has been opened against the petitioner at Kavali II Town P.S., as per the orders of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kavali, vide C.No.22/GL-SD0K/2017, dt.14.10.2017. In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, the allegations of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has been harassing the petitioner by calling him to the police station in the guise of investigation in Cr.No.204/2017, is not correct.

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 12.3.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kavali II Town Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
