I A.No.2 of 2 0 1 8 :

This application is filed requesting the Court to record the compromise entered into by the parties and quash the proceedings against the petitioners/ A1 to A12 in CC.No.314 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangaon. 2.

The parties, together, with their respective counsel, are present in the Court and on being specifically asked, both the parties confirm the terms of compromise as recorded in the joint compromise memo appended to this application.

The terms of the compromise show that respondent No.1 has compromised the matter out of Court with the intervention of elders and in view of the compromise, the defacto complainant/ respondent No.1 does not want to further proceed against the petitioners/ A1 to A12 in CC.No.341 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangaon. Since, I am satisfied that the aforesaid compromise is executed by the parties out of their free will and they confirm the terms thereof, when being specifically asked, there is no impediment in recording the said compromise.

The application is accordingly allowed.

CRLP.No.7 6 7 9 of 2 0 1 1 :

In view of the above, the criminal petition is allowed and the further proceedings in CC.No.314 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial

Magistrate of First Class, Jangaon, against the petitioners, who are A1 to A12, are hereby quashed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
