O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the subordinates of the 2nd respondent corporation in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his lawful possession in respect of the land admeasuring 800 sq.yards in Sy.No.1937 (Old) 1455 (New) situated within the Warangal Municipal Corporation Limits, Warangal District, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, as arbitrary and illegal and for a consequential direction to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive steps without following due process of law. The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the land admeasuring 800 sq.yards in Sy.No.1937 (Old) 1455 (New) situated within the Warangal Municipal Corporation Limits, Warangal District, from Smt.Shamima Sultana through a registered agreement-cumGeneral Power of Attorney, bearing Doc.No.949/2007, dated 15.12.2007.

While so, the subordinates of the respondent corporation without initiating any proceedings under Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the Act') went to the petitioners land on 08.02.2015 and threatened him to vacate and handover the possession of same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent on instructions submits that respondent authorities are not initiating any action in respect of petitioner's property. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. In case, the respondents want to take over the property of the petitioner, they

shall follow the due process of law.
