Heard the counsel for petitioner; Sri V.R.N. Prashanth, counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2; and Sri T. Srikanth Reddy, counsel for 3rd respondent.

The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise the issue raised in the Writ Petition in case a fresh occasion arises necessitating filing of another Writ Petition, in case petitioner's case is not considered pursuant to the proposed readvertisement for filling up the post of Professor in Urdu Department of the 1st respondent.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
